- Returning bikes away from stations is not permitted and will be penalized with a service fee of at least €20.
- If the bicycle is not properly locked, a fee of at least € 25 will be charged.
Damage will be charged according to the material and labor costs incurred up to a maximum amount of € 75. This does not affect the right in individual cases to assert higher claims corresponding to the actual expenditure.
How do I return my WienMobil bike?
When returning at a physical station, the bike is parked in the designated docking station and locked with the frame lock.
When returning at a virtual station, the bike is also locked with the frame lock.
The rental is always ended by closing the frame lock. The termination is displayed immediately in the app - please check directly after returning the bike!
