People with a valid Mobilpass from the City of Vienna can use the discounted Mobilpass ticket. Here you can find out where you can buy the ticket and what you need for it.
The 7-day VIENNA, 31-day VIENNA and 31-day VIENNA Mobilpass tickets are only valid for the respective period once they have been validated.
This means that you must validate the ticket before you start your first journey.
To do this, insert the ticket into the blue validation box on the platform or in the station.
Who can buy the ticket?
The Mobilpass ticket is a discounted ticket for people with a Mobilpass issued by the City of Vienna. The Mobilpass ticket is non-transferable. It is only valid in conjunction with an official photo ID and a Mobilpass issued by the City of Vienna that is valid on the start date of the ticket.
How long is the ticket valid for?
The Mobilpass ticket is valid for 31 days from the date of validation.

Where can I buy a Mobilpass ticket?
You can buy the Mobilpass ticket at a ticket machine or at one of our ticket offices.
Buy the Mobilpass ticket at a ticket machine or at a Wiener Linien ticket office. If you buy the Mobilpass ticket online, you do not need to follow steps 3 and 4.
Write your first name and surname in the "Vor- und Zuname" field at the bottom left of the ticket. The Mobilpass ticket is only valid with your first name and surname entered.
Insert the Mobilpass ticket into the blue validation box to validate it. The Mobilpass ticket is only valid with a validation stamp. Once validated, the Mobilpass ticket is valid for 31 days.
During the journey you must carry an official photo ID (passport, driving licence, identity card), the Mobilpass and the Mobilpass ticket. Have a good journey!
